Job Summary
Prepare and implement a CRM plan with well targeted direct mail and email campaigns. Track and monitor performance of all CRM activities and provide regular reports showing performance against pre-agreed response and return on investment targets. Manage the successful implementation of a new CRM tool and loyalty programme and ensure effective and commercial use of these new marketing tools. Provide an in-depth understanding of customer segments through data mining of the database and relevant consumer research.
Contribute market research, analysis and insight into key shopper marketing publications. Conduct primary and secondary research utilising recognised methodologies.
The successful applicant will have a high level contribution to an important deliverable product due for release Autumn 2010.

This unpaid role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in e-marketing at Evolution Insights, whilst assisting the team meeting ambitious targets. This role additional gives the individual the chance to learn about general marketing and communications techniques used within a modern consultancy practice.
It also gives the successful applicant the opportunity to undertake their summer project with Evolution Insights on a mutually agreed topic, with the full support of the Evolution team. Additionally it gives the individual valuable experience for their CV within a very competitive industry.
Evolution Insights is a dynamic organisation, therefore changes in the core duties and responsibilities of the role may be required from time to time.
